As Talent Operations and Workplace Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of Modern Health's hiring process and San Francisco office experience. You'll serve as the first point of contact for candidates and the person who ensures every interview, onsite, and office experience runs seamlessly. Key responsibilities include: **Recruiting Coordination:** - Own end-to-end interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, managing all calendars, communications, and candidate touchpoints - Coordinate and organize all interview logistics including scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and team debriefs - Manage candidate communications and ensure a polished, professional experience from first contact through offer stage - Support the hiring team with administrative tasks and process optimization **Workplace Operations:** - Manage the San Francisco office to ensure it functions smoothly and feels welcoming - Handle office supplies, facilities coordination, and day-to-day operational needs - Organize office events and ensure the space supports team collaboration and well-being - Proactively identify and address office needs before they become issues **General People Operations Support:** - Provide administrative support to the broader People Operations team as needed - Explore opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline recruiting workflows and office management You'll be in the SF office two days per week as a baseline, with flexibility to increase presence during interview cycles, onsite meetings, and company events. This is a hands-on role that requires comfort with variety, quick context-switching, and pride in execution of operational details. Experience with recruiting tools, calendar management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are valuable.
