Snowflake is seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to drive the day-to-day execution and operational support of global talent programs. This role is central to the smooth operation of the Performance Excellence cycle, ensuring every phase is coordinated effectively and on schedule.
You will serve as the primary executor for established talent milestones, handling logistics for performance review cycles, administrative coordination of talent and succession reviews, and delivery of employee listening surveys. You will also act as the primary system administrator and program owner for the Voice AI 360 platform, managing its scaling and cross-functional operational workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day execution of the Performance Excellence cycle, tracking progress against milestones, sending timely communications, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing Workday cycle logistics, including testing launches, validating configurations, and resolving user issues
- Creating clear resources (guides, FAQs, instructional materials) for employees and managers
- Managing end-to-end coordination of Employee Voice Surveys and pulse survey cycles
- Serving as functional system administrator for the Voice AI 360 platform, managing dashboards, whitelisting, and completion monitoring
- Acting as operational liaison with Procurement and Finance for SOW reviews, purchase orders, and vendor management
- Supporting talent reviews and succession planning logistics
- Maintaining talent playbooks and internal resource documentation
- Testing new cycle launches and troubleshooting user issues
- Drafting program updates and creating visual how-to materials
- Pulling regular reports to track participation and identify completion gaps
- Providing feedback on user experience and suggesting process improvements
You should have 5+ years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management, with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred. You are naturally AI-native, incorporating emerging tools into your workflow. You are execution-minded, detail-obsessed, technically proficient with Google Workspace and HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a major plus), and a clear communicator.
