Aurora is building self-driving technology to transform mobility and logistics. As Talent Management Lead, you will design and execute company-wide talent management, succession planning, and performance management programs that support organizational growth and a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include: Talent Management & Development: Lead the design and administration of talent review and succession planning processes to identify and develop employees for critical roles. Develop career pathing frameworks and competency models that enable employee growth and organizational agility. Oversee targeted development programs including leadership training and mentorship initiatives. Integrate diversity and inclusion principles throughout all talent processes. Performance Programs: Own the end-to-end performance review cycle from objective setting through calibration and year-end reviews. Refine systems to support clear expectations, continuous feedback, and fair evaluation. Educate managers and employees on performance management best practices and coaching. Analyze performance data to identify trends, ensure consistency, and recommend enhancements. Partner with the People Technology team to implement system improvements that streamline processes and enhance user experience. You will be a strategic partner to business leaders, translating long-term strategy into concrete talent initiatives. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with deep HR expertise, demonstrates data-driven decision-making, and thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You should be a systems thinker who recognizes organizational interdependencies, possess strong change management skills, and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
