Aurora is building self-driving technology to transform mobility and logistics. As Talent Management Lead, you will design and execute company-wide talent management, succession planning, and performance management programs that support organizational growth and employee development. Key responsibilities include: **Talent Management & Succession Planning**: Lead the design and administration of talent review and succession planning processes to identify and develop employees for critical roles. Develop career pathing frameworks and competency models that support employee growth. Oversee targeted development programs including leadership training and mentorship initiatives. Integrate diversity and inclusion principles throughout all talent processes. **Performance Management**: Own the end-to-end performance review cycle from objective setting through calibration and year-end reviews. Build systems that support a high-performance culture with clear expectations, continuous feedback, and fair evaluation. Educate managers and employees on performance management best practices and coaching. Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend enhancements. Collaborate with People Technology to implement system improvements. **Strategic Partnership**: Work across the organization as a trusted HR business partner, translating business strategy into concrete talent initiatives. Use data-driven insights to diagnose issues, inform recommendations, and measure impact. Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new HR processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment, demonstrating business acumen, systems thinking, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, and performance management.
