As Talent Lead for LATAM, you will report to the Head of Talent and lead a growing team of recruiters focused on customer and go-to-market functions across South America. You'll own recruitment delivery across multiple portfolios and functions while maintaining high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: leading and developing your recruiter team with clear expectations, coaching, and career support; partnering with the Head of Talent on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and capacity modeling; acting as a senior partner to hiring leaders to anticipate talent needs and make data-informed decisions; designing scalable recruitment processes and tools; upskilling hiring managers through coaching and training; shaping Halter's Employee Value Proposition; embedding inclusive hiring practices; representing Halter as a talent ambassador at events and universities; tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics; and supporting internal mobility and long-term talent planning.
You'll balance hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic leadership, operating at both executive and execution levels.
