Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. The company helps teams track visibility, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow organic presence as search evolves with AI.
You will own recruiting end-to-end while building and scaling a high-performing Talent function. Key responsibilities include partnering closely with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity, proactively managing the funnel, and unblocking bottlenecks. You'll build strong, high-signal pipelines using creative and unconventional sourcing strategies that go beyond standard LinkedIn recruiting. You'll plan and execute standout recruiting and employer branding events to attract top talent.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be directly involved in the recruiting funnel, ready to personally own critical or overflow searches when needed. You'll combine hands-on recruiting with systems thinking to scale the TA function, developing the team, setting strategy, and building repeatable processes.
Ideal candidates have experience leading or helping scale talent acquisition at a high-growth tech company through hypergrowth (e.g., sub-50 to 150+ employees). You should be an exceptionally creative and proactive sourcer with a deep understanding of excellence and ability to identify top 1% talent. Proven experience designing and running structured hiring processes at pace, coordinating hiring managers and stakeholders, closing top-tier talent, and operating a modern recruiting stack (Ashby, Metaview, Juicebox) is essential.
Bonus experience includes top-tier recruiting agency background in competitive markets, running standout employer branding or recruiting events, and previous involvement in building a recruiting function from the ground up.
