As Talent Lead for the Americas, you will report to the Head of Talent and lead a growing team of recruiters focused on Customer and Go-To-Market functions across North America. You'll balance hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic team leadership, playing a pivotal role in shaping Halter's global recruitment strategy during a period of rapid scaling. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and developing a recruiter team across North America, setting expectations, coaching for performance, and supporting career growth - Owning recruitment delivery across multiple portfolios and functions while ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes - Partnering with the Head of Talent on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and capacity modeling - Acting as a senior partner to hiring leaders, helping them anticipate talent needs and make data-informed decisions - Designing and evolving scalable recruitment processes and tools to support increasing volume without sacrificing quality - Upskilling hiring managers through structured coaching, training, and real-time feedback - Shaping Halter's Employee Value Proposition and embedding inclusive hiring practices - Representing Halter externally as a talent ambassador at events, forums, and universities - Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement - Supporting internal mobility and long-term talent planning initiatives You'll thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where you operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
