Wealthfront is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to support hiring across the organization, with a primary focus on the engineering team. You will partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to build conviction around candidate quality, company fit, and team alignment.
In this role, you'll move beyond volume-driven recruiting to focus on efficiency and strategic hiring. You'll conduct research on technical domains, competitive landscapes, and candidate profiles to help hiring managers make informed decisions about who to target and what to avoid. Your work will include market analysis, candidate intelligence, and clear communication of findings to guide hiring strategy.
You'll be comfortable forming preliminary views with incomplete information and revising them as new data emerges. The role demands research rigor, clear writing under deadline, and sound judgment. You should be energized by becoming fluent in technical domains and enjoy cross-functional collaboration. Success requires the ability to be specific and occasionally wrong rather than vague and unfalsifiable—you'll prioritize actionable insights over hedged recommendations.
