As a Talent Development Program Specialist, you will design, build, and execute modern learning programs that shape careers and drive Human Interest's high-performance culture. This role blends instructional design with facilitation, requiring both strategic thinking and engaging storytelling. Key responsibilities include: **Instructional Design & Content Creation:** Design contemporary e-learning modules, micro-learning assets, training guides, and facilitator materials. Actively leverage AI tools to write scripts, generate visual assets, and draft assessments. Document processes in Confluence and build structured project proposals with clear learning objectives and agile rollout strategies. Gather post-training feedback and translate learner insights into actionable program improvements. **Facilitation & Learning Delivery:** Facilitate energetic, interactive virtual and in-person training sessions across employee levels and departments. Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses to align L&D initiatives with company objectives. Manage and execute talent programs, including ongoing employee growth and leadership development initiatives. **Stakeholder Support:** Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support talent development success. Build effective relationships across the organization to support employee development and retention. Provide LMS administration support (Docebo) and manage People Team projects from inception to completion. You bring 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, or related fields. You have hands-on experience creating eLearning content using tools like Articulate Rise, strong facilitation and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person settings, and working knowledge of LMS administration (Docebo and Confluence experience is a plus). You're proficient with multimedia editing software like Canva and actively leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and build visual content.
