As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will design and execute scalable, data-driven hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent and support Clara's rapid growth. You'll partner closely with people partners and hiring managers to understand team needs, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Clara's business goals and hiring plans
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and proactive sourcing to identify top candidates
- Monitor and report on key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Stay current on market trends and apply innovations in recruiting practices and technology
- Elevate Clara's employer branding and support recruitment marketing efforts
- Ensure hiring practices are inclusive and compliant with labor regulations
- Organize and participate in recruitment events to build pipeline and visibility
You bring 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, and working proficiency in English. You have strong command of recruitment strategies, passive sourcing, and stakeholder management. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, is required. You're data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams.
