Duolingo is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to join its recruiting team and drive outbound and referral talent efforts, with a focus on identifying and engaging top engineering talent for the company's mission to develop the best education in the world.
In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume technical roles, particularly mobile and software engineering positions. You'll proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent using a combination of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement strategies.
Key responsibilities include attending intake meetings to understand role requirements in depth, conducting recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment, and sharing calibrated recommendations with hiring managers. You'll own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide total addressable market (TAM) insights, inform sourcing strategies, and help prioritize pipeline efforts. Additionally, you'll run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel performance, balancing speed and precision while reaching out at scale without sacrificing personalization or quality of engagement.
You bring a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on quality high-volume outbound support for engineering roles. You have a proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools, and you're proficient in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools like Gem and SeekOut. You're fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches to unlock value from talent communities. Excellent time management, organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset are essential. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and iterating on sourcing strategies as business needs evolve.
Exceptional candidates will demonstrate a data-driven approach that balances speed and precision in candidate engagement.
