Duolingo is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join its recruiting team and drive outbound and referral talent acquisition efforts. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top-tier talent for Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A roles across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored sourcing strategies for diverse role categories, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates through outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement, and attending intake meetings to understand specific role requirements. You'll conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and provide calibrated recommendations to hiring managers. You'll own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide total addressable market (TAM) insights and inform sourcing strategy prioritization. The role involves running A/B tests on outreach strategies to continuously improve candidate funnel performance, balancing speed and precision while reaching out at scale without sacrificing personalization or engagement quality. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sourcing experience focused on high-volume outbound support for Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A roles. You'll need proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools, proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools like Gem and SeekOut, and fluency in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches. Excellent time management, organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset are essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and iterating on sourcing strategies as business needs evolve. Exceptional candidates will demonstrate a data-driven approach that balances speed and precision in candidate engagement.
