Method Security is building autonomous AI-driven defense solutions to protect critical institutions—government, defense, and key commercial sectors—against sophisticated threats. The company is at an inflection point and seeking its first dedicated Talent leader to build the team.
As Head of Talent, you'll own the complete recruiting lifecycle for a rapidly scaling organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines strategic workforce planning with day-to-day recruiting execution. You'll work directly with co-founders and hiring managers to source, qualify, and close top talent across technical (engineering, AI/ML) and business functions.
Key responsibilities include: building and managing candidate pipelines; defining role requirements with hiring managers; maintaining a rigorous hiring bar; designing a fast and compelling candidate experience; creating scalable recruiting systems and processes; identifying and solving hiring obstacles; and serving as a cultural ambassador for Method's mission-driven environment.
The role requires someone with strong talent judgment, high agency, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity. You'll need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, resourcefulness, and a willingness to personally execute every part of the recruiting process—from sourcing to closing to onboarding.
