Join Wonderful as the first Talent Acquisition hire in the Australia region, owning end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders to move quickly, solve hiring challenges, and deliver against ambitious growth goals. Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent, driving a fast, high-quality hiring process while raising the bar for candidate experience. Use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and scale recruiting operations as the company establishes and grows its presence in this new market.
You bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with proven success hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions and a primary focus on tech roles. You demonstrate strong ownership, urgency, and agency with a bias toward action. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in the local language is required. This is an opportunity to establish recruiting infrastructure and culture in a new region from the ground up.
