Wonderful is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to serve as the first recruiting hire in their UAE region. You will own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to execute against ambitious growth goals in a new market.
Key responsibilities include building and executing creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent, driving a fast and high-quality hiring process while elevating candidate experience, and using data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes. You'll establish recruiting operations from the ground up, with a primary focus on tech roles but responsibility across multiple functions.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments. You should demonstrate strong ownership, urgency, and bias toward action. You'll need proven success hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions, comfort operating in ambiguity, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in local language is required. This is an opportunity to help establish and scale the company's presence in a new market.
