Wonderful is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring efforts across the Denmark region as the first TA hire in the market. This is a high-impact role where you'll own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions and partner closely with hiring leaders to support ambitious growth goals.
Key responsibilities include building and executing creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent, driving a fast and high-quality hiring process while elevating candidate experience, and using data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes. You'll establish recruiting operations from the ground up in a new market, operating with ownership and urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You'll need 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth settings, with proven success hiring across multiple functions and a primary focus on tech roles. The ideal candidate has strong ownership instincts, comfort with ambiguity, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and fluency in the local language. You should be excited about helping establish and scale the company's presence in a new market.
