Salary: USD 58,000 - 70,000 / annual
Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, operating across 11 states since 2005. The Talent Acquisition Specialist I will drive recruitment efforts for entry-level Behavior Therapist positions across assigned regions.
Key responsibilities include developing a robust pipeline of qualified applicants, posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews (approximately 40 thirty-minute slots per week), and preparing offer letters. You will research and propose new sourcing channels to attract top talent, achieve quarterly and annual hiring targets, and analyze ATS data to identify regional performance barriers. The role requires managing Greenhouse ATS data with accuracy, ensuring timely communication across departments (Training, Credentialing, HR) to support hiring and onboarding efficiency, and participating in job fairs and recruiting events.
You will maintain professional communication and confidentiality with candidates and internal stakeholders, manage your own workload with minimal supervision, and demonstrate flexibility to work across time zones and potentially outside standard business hours.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), at least 1 year of recruiting experience, working knowledge of HR talent acquisition processes and employment laws, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred). Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, initiative, and customer-service orientation are essential. You must be comfortable with Google Suite and other standard computer applications, and willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
