Jobber is a SaaS platform helping small home service businesses (plumbers, painters, landscapers) manage quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. The company has been recognized by Great Place to Work and named to Deloitte Canada's Technology Fast 50 and Globe and Mail's Canada's Top Growing Companies lists. You'll join the GTM-Ops Recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on high-volume hiring for the Revenue organization (Sales and Customer Success roles). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Attraction, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process: pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, stakeholder coaching, and offer closing. Key responsibilities include managing high-volume interview pipelines while maintaining candidate experience quality; collaborating with hiring managers to calibrate expectations and improve hiring practices; leveraging funnel metrics (conversions, time-to-fill, pass-through rates) and candidate feedback to identify patterns and recommend improvements; building diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, campaigns, and outreach to underrepresented communities; experimenting with new tools, workflows, and AI-assisted approaches to accelerate recruitment; embedding equitable and unbiased practices throughout the process; and serving as a recruitment best-practices advocate and coach. You should bring proven full-cycle in-house recruitment experience in SaaS or high-growth environments, specifically in business and go-to-market functions. You'll need a track record of quality delivery across multiple role types, a data-informed mindset with fluency in hiring funnel metrics, and demonstrated hands-on experience building with AI tools (sourcing workflows, screening tools, automations, prompt libraries—not passive AI usage). Strong relationship-building, compelling communication, creative sourcing, and a deep commitment to candidate experience are essential. You'll represent Jobber's culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
