Kurtosys is a global SaaS fintech company providing digital marketing and client reporting tools for asset managers. Founded in 2002, the company operates across the UK, USA, and South Africa with over 160 employees, serving some of the world's largest asset managers. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for Software Engineering and Technology talent, operating both tactically and strategically. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social platforms, professional networks), running end-to-end interview and selection processes, evaluating candidates using resumes and portfolios, writing tailored job descriptions, and designing interview questions aligned with company culture. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria, lead employer branding initiatives alongside People Ops and Marketing teams, plan and deliver against quarterly and annual hiring forecasts by department, and maintain strong relationships with past applicants and future candidates. You'll also represent People Ops at internal and external events. Required qualifications include proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role recruiting technology talent, ideally within SaaS companies. You need hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience, comfort with social media and resume databases, working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of how different technical and business roles function within an organization. The role requires on-site presence during the probation period, after which it transitions to hybrid working. Benefits include flexible working hours, relaxed dress code, 20 days paid leave, group risk cover, employee wellbeing program, access to learning platforms, and staff appreciation events.
