You'll join the People Operations team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and engaging top talent to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be a key partner to hiring managers and team leaders, playing a critical role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring talent to support company growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruiting: manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer management across multiple departments
- High-volume candidate management: efficiently handle multiple requisitions simultaneously with clear communication and timely updates
- Talent sourcing and networking: identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and social media
- Employer branding: represent the organization as an employer of choice, delivering positive and authentic candidate experiences
- Pipeline development: build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Recruitment strategy: develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract competitive and diverse talent aligned with company values
- Data-driven recruiting: track and report metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire, conversion rates) for continuous improvement
- Candidate experience: provide seamless, professional experiences with consistent communication and transparency
- Collaboration: partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and team leads to understand needs and culture fit
