Cardata is a growing SaaS company transforming how businesses manage vehicle reimbursement with smart, automated solutions. We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and scale hiring across the organization. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role where you'll independently own searches from intake through accepted offer. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers across Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Engineering functions, and create an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of full-cycle searches; partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles; building qualified pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and networking; conducting recruiter screens and assessing candidates; keeping hiring processes moving by managing candidates, interviewers, and feedback; serving as the day-to-day recruiting partner to hiring managers; identifying hiring risks and bottlenecks early; managing offer coordination and candidate closing; building proactive talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles; conducting talent mapping and sharing insights on candidate availability and compensation; maintaining accurate ATS data; ensuring smooth handoffs through onboarding; improving recruiting workflows and candidate experience; and monitoring recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill. You'll bring 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments. You have strong proactive sourcing skills, experience engaging passive candidates, and confidence conducting recruiter screens. You're skilled at hiring manager partnership, excellent at candidate communication, and organized in managing competing priorities. You're comfortable in environments where priorities shift and processes aren't fully defined. You have exposure to recruiting metrics and ATS platforms like Greenhouse, and curiosity about recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools. Experience recruiting across GTM, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, or Operations is a plus. Within your first 6–12 months, you'll independently own the majority of assigned searches, build trusted relationships with hiring managers, maintain healthy pipelines, deliver thoughtful candidate experiences, maintain strong ATS practices, and help improve hiring velocity without compromising quality.
