Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 / annual

This Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist role treats sourcing as a strategic, high-performing function rather than a support operation. The ideal candidate will operate like a sales professional, treating each search as a targeting problem and systematizing learnings for scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute advanced Boolean and X-ray searches across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to fill hard-to-fill, niche, and senior roles
- Partner with hiring managers to build sharp Ideal Candidate Profiles that go beyond job descriptions
- Own sourcing pipelines across multiple concurrent roles while maintaining quality
- Execute high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns and refine messaging based on response data
- Screen candidates before handoff to hiring teams
- Document playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion, time-to-fill) and act on insights
- Identify when search strategies aren't working and rebuild them rather than simply increasing volume
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience with deep Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
- Proven track record filling hard or senior roles through proactive sourcing (not just managing inbound)
- Multi-functional sourcing experience across different roles and departments
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for outreach that converts passive candidates
- Systems thinking mindset with ability to document processes and build repeatable workflows
- Comfort managing multiple concurrent searches with autonomy
The role requires full-time, in-office attendance 5 days per week at the NYC Gramercy office.
