Present in over 18,000 classrooms worldwide, the company is rapidly expanding in Brazil and seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to drive talent attraction, operational support, and people function development in the country.
In this role, you will be the backbone of team growth in Brazil. You will lead talent attraction initiatives, ensure smooth local workplace operations, and prepare for evolution into a People Generalist and People Business Partner position as the Brazilian team scales.
Key responsibilities include:
**Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for Brazilian market roles, from profile alignment and kick-off through final offer negotiation
- Provide strategic partnership to managers with market intelligence, competitor mapping, and evaluation best practices
- Conduct active sourcing and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and referral programs
- Support employer branding initiatives locally (career fairs, industry events, attraction content)
- Leverage ATS, automation, and AI tools to optimize recruitment flow while maintaining a human-centered process
- Track ATS metrics (SLA, conversion rate, candidate experience) to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement
**Office Management & Operational Support:**
- Organize and manage day-to-day office/hub operations in Brazil, ensuring supplies, infrastructure, and space functionality
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires, equipment distribution (welcome kits, computers), and internal events or team gatherings
**People Generalist & People Business Partner Development:**
- Gradually assume HR generalist responsibilities including engagement, retention, offboarding, and employee support as you deepen cultural knowledge
- Evolve into a People Business Partner role, supporting Brazilian leadership on team climate, individual development plans (PDI), and people strategies
Required qualifications: 2+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or selection. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (excellent oral and written communication for global interface). Hands-on, organized profile with comfort managing operational and office management routines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships. Genuine interest in developing a career in HR generalist and People Business Partner functions.
