The company is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & HR team, reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting.
In this full-cycle recruiting role, you will own end-to-end recruitment for the R&D departments. Key responsibilities include: conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to understand workforce needs; proactively sourcing and engaging passive talent through creative outreach; building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles; serving as a strategic advisor on interview best practices, market trends, and compensation benchmarking; conducting candidate interviews and assessments; championing candidate experience through transparent and timely communication; collaborating on job description development; and partnering with HR/People Operations on recruiting operations, reporting, and process improvements.
You will be a trusted partner to hiring managers and senior leadership, helping forecast hiring needs and shape talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
