As Talent Acquisition Partner for Legal, you'll own hiring across all Legal functions in North America during a critical growth phase. This is a strategic role that goes beyond execution—you'll partner closely with senior leadership to define hiring strategy, shape team structures, and build proactive talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities
- Contributing to broader Talent function design, including process design, programs, tooling, and People initiatives
- Building and nurturing proactive talent pipelines to stay ahead of demand
- Running structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency
- Advising senior stakeholders on team structure and sequencing with a clear point of view
- Delivering exceptional candidate experience and serving as a credible ambassador for Legora
You'll need 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth environments with recent legal hiring experience. You understand hiring as a business decision, speak the language of senior leaders, and can shape hiring strategy rather than just execute briefs. You're comfortable with ambiguity, bias toward action, and can influence senior stakeholders directly and collaboratively.
The role is based in Legora's Union Square office in NYC, designed for ambitious builders with company-provided lunch daily. You'll collaborate globally with teams across Europe, APAC, and North America.
