As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own end-to-end recruitment across 13 markets in Europe and LATAM, focusing on hiring for Global Ops teams across functions including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, RevOps, and Legal (excluding Tech, Product, and local roles). You will manage 5+ concurrent searches from intake through offer acceptance, partnering closely with hiring managers to define success profiles, build pipelines, run fair assessment processes, and close talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple simultaneous searches with a target of closing 2+ hires per month
- Maintaining 85%+ quality of hire metrics
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR, and leadership, bringing market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent trends
- Building strong candidate relationships and employer brand representation from first conversation through onboarding
- Leveraging data and AI tools (Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Granola, Gemini, Claude) to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and scale best practices
- Driving continuous improvement projects in sourcing strategy, process efficiency, stakeholder management, employer branding, and AI adoption
You should demonstrate ownership and accountability, strong judgment and pattern recognition from high-growth environments, disciplined diligence in process execution, ability to balance competing priorities with attention to detail, business orientation focused on outcomes, and comfort with talent mapping and stakeholder management. English fluency is required; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish) are beneficial. The role is hybrid based in Barcelona with no visa sponsorship available.
