You will serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for full-cycle recruiting of non-technical talent across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A functions. This is a hybrid role combining recruiting excellence with operational backbone responsibilities for the recruiting function.

You should have demonstrated success recruiting non-technical roles in GTM or G&A, strong AI literacy (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, specialized recruiting AI), obsessive attention to detail, excellent communication skills, data-driven mindset, strong project management, and collaborative spirit. Healthcare or health tech recruiting experience is a bonus, as is familiarity with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Pillar, and growth-stage startup environments.
The role is based in Santa Barbara, CA with expectation of 5 days per week in-office collaboration at Artera's HQ. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States with ability to provide proof of full-time, long-term authorization. No visa sponsorship is available.
