Artera is a healthcare technology company on a mission to make healthcare #1 in customer service. Founded in 2015, the company has grown to serve 1,000+ specialties, FQHCs, health systems, and federal agencies with agentic AI solutions that strengthen patient communication and care workflows—from intake and scheduling to referral management and post-visit care. The Talent Acquisition Partner role is a full-cycle recruiting position focused on scaling Artera's non-technical teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A) during an exciting growth phase. Based at the Santa Barbara headquarters, this role combines recruiting expertise with operational excellence. You'll own the end-to-end candidate experience while also serving as the operational backbone of the recruiting function—managing systems, coordination, and data hygiene to keep the team fast and effective. Reporting to the SVP of People and partnering directly with hiring managers across the business, you'll be responsible for attracting and hiring world-class GTM and G&A talent. The ideal candidate is a force multiplier who doesn't just follow processes but actively seeks ways to automate and optimize recruiting workflows using AI and modern recruiting tools. This role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining candidate experience excellence as a reflection of Artera's internal culture. Artera values innovation, growth, and a best-in-class workplace culture. The company has been named one of America's Best Startup Employers by Forbes, one of the World's Best Digital Health Companies by Newsweek, and one of the top 44 startups to bet your career on in 2024 by Business Insider.
