Aiven is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring efforts for Go-To-Market (GTM) functions globally. Based in either Austin, Texas or Ireland, you will partner with senior leaders across Aiven's 17 global hubs to build proactive talent pipelines and attract world-class sales, marketing, and business development professionals. Aiven is a developer-focused AI infrastructure company founded in Finland in 2015. The company has grown to over 400 employees across 17 countries and achieved $100M ARR (Centaur status) in 2025. The mission is to build the tech stack for future developers, enabling them to build AI agents and applications for production use cases. Your core responsibilities include: - Act as a 360° strategic partner to GTM hiring managers, guiding them from job description crafting through offer negotiation and closing - Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines with a focus on attracting top talent in global markets - Develop deep expertise in local talent markets and creative approaches to engaging passive candidates - Deliver world-class candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle - Collaborate with a lean, supportive TA team using data dashboards and custom tooling You will have access to world-class analytics dashboards for self-service insights, participate in regular hackathons to help design TA tooling improvements, and leverage AI tools like Claude for productivity. The role emphasizes viewing Talent Acquisition as a commercial function with a focus on simple, effective solutions. Key qualifications include proven experience as a TA Partner with a strong track record hiring GTM talent in fast-paced tech companies, deep expertise in global hiring with cultural awareness, ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, and fluency in English.
