Veeam Software, a data and AI trust company headquartered in Seattle with 30+ offices globally, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for its Costa Rica office. This hybrid role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions in the region.
You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build sourcing strategies, proactively engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and job boards, conducting in-depth candidate assessments, guiding candidates through interview processes, providing market insights and talent mapping data, managing offer negotiations with People and Compensation teams, maintaining candidate records in Greenhouse ATS, building talent pipelines, representing Veeam professionally to all candidates, collaborating with regional and global TA colleagues on process improvements, attending local hiring events, and occasional travel (under 5% of time).
You will support hiring across Technical Support, Sales, and other business functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, ability to handle multiple concurrent requisitions, and a candidate-centric approach with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced tech/software environments
- Experience supporting Technical Support and/or Sales hiring
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 Level minimum), both written and spoken
- Proven sourcing and hiring experience for varied roles including technical/specialized positions
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers at all levels
- Solid understanding of recruiting metrics, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends
- Experience with ATS and recruiting/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Collaborative, candidate-centric mindset with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
