Super.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment efforts for Engineering, Product, and Data teams while building diverse talent pipelines. This role combines relationship-building, creative sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment process management.
Key responsibilities include owning full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation; partnering with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies; proactively sourcing candidates via networking, social media, and direct outreach; ensuring positive candidate experiences through clear communication and structured interviews; collaborating with the broader Talent Acquisition team on hiring goals and best practices; implementing inclusive hiring practices to support diversity goals; and tracking recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in-house preferred. Required skills include proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Ashby experience is a plus), sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple channels including LinkedIn and referrals, comfort managing end-to-end recruitment with focus on speed and quality, strong communication abilities in fast-paced environments, and genuine passion for candidate experience.
Bonus qualifications include experience with sourcing tools like Juicebox or LinkedIn Recruiter, familiarity with technical talent market trends and challenges, understanding of recruitment best practices and compensation benchmarks, ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, and a data-driven mindset for analyzing and optimizing recruitment performance.
