SafeRide Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to transform their recruitment function from reactive posting to proactive, data-driven pipeline building. This role owns the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and will establish standardized candidate assessment processes across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Targeted Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Drive proactive sourcing of passive candidates for assigned requisitions, moving beyond inbound-only application reliance.
• Hiring Manager Enablement: Conduct detailed intake sessions to define ideal candidate profiles, establish structured interview panels with scorecards, and lead regular calibration discussions with hiring managers to refine search strategies based on market feedback.
• Top-of-Funnel Optimization: Replace automated screening tools applied to broken processes with highly targeted, quality-driven applicant reviews and strong employer branding initiatives.
• ATS & Process Architecture: Own the Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR), ensuring efficient candidate movement through stages and capturing feedback within 48-hour SLAs.
• Offer & Pre-Boarding: Manage offer generation, negotiation, and seamless handoff to People Ops for system onboarding.
• Metric Ownership: Drive accountability for Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
Required: 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or startup environments where you built processes from the ground up. Proven success managing both leveraged and volume hiring. ATS implementation/optimization experience (BambooHR a plus). Experimentation mindset with AI in hiring and data-driven approach. Business acumen in headcount forecasting, ROI, and budgets. Strong operator who partners with leadership and brings structure to ambiguity.
Preferred: Healthcare, payor/provider services, or care delivery experience. Contact center or field operations familiarity. Private equity-backed company experience.
