Rapyuta Robotics, an ETH Zurich spinoff, is building robotics solutions to make automation more accessible to the logistics industry. The company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent team and drive engineering recruitment across India and the US.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies aligned with business requirements, collaborating with vendors, agents, and internal stakeholders to source engineering talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including building and maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and achieving hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with vendors, agents, and internal stakeholders to acquire engineering talent for India and US markets
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements
- Achieve hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines
- Manage internal communications, including promotion of referral programs
- Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives
- Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centers
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide regular market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring analytics
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an engineering recruiter in India
- Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects across multiple departments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic and uncertain environments
- Skilled in negotiating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring analytics
