As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across various business functions, with a strong focus on technical hiring. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through hiring, while aligning closely with business leadership to understand strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from intake to offer, including screening calls and in-depth interviews - Build deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand their strategic goals, translate business needs into effective hiring plans, and serve as a trusted talent advisor - Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements - Source proactively across diverse channels and maintain an active talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring targets - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process - Leverage advanced AI tools and innovative technologies to optimize, streamline, and scale recruitment processes - Use data and creative thinking to identify bottlenecks, explore new sourcing channels, and continuously improve hiring processes Desired Signals: - Data-driven mindset: ability to utilize data to make decisions - Critical thinking: ask the right questions, analyze situations, and solve complex problems logically and effectively - Clear communication: respect others' viewpoints and openness to feedback - Creativity: innovation in problem-solving and original thinking - Collaborative approach: willing to listen, learn, and focus on team success - AI Usage: proactively uses AI as a core working tool, prompts effectively, challenges output, and demonstrates clear judgment Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a high-tech company (must-have) - Strong English, both verbal and written (must-have) - Experience in sourcing (advantage) - Experience working with AI tools in recruitment processes (advantage) - Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills - B.A. in Social Science, Behavioral Science, or equivalent - High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
