Kela Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions including Software Engineering, Hardware, Product, Go-to-Market, Finance, and Executive roles. In this position, you will partner closely with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will leverage data, market insights, and AI-powered recruiting tools to continuously optimize hiring processes, build strong talent pipelines, and strengthen Kela's employer brand as the company scales. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, creating great candidate experiences, and using technology to work smarter and move faster.
