As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) roles. Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening, assessing, and presenting high-quality candidates; building strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders; and delivering a seamless, candidate-centered hiring experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A functions, managing the entire candidate journey
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build balanced, inclusive talent pipelines
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor, building deep partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and interviewers
- Lead candidate engagement through proactive, personalized communication and effective process management
- Use data and market insights to inform talent strategy and drive process improvements
- Champion a high-touch, warm candidate and hiring-manager experience
- Drive local events and programs that strengthen employer brand and employee referral quality
- Partner with global Talent Acquisition colleagues to align hiring plans with business priorities
You bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies, with demonstrated expertise in SaaS environments. You have successfully recruited for Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and/or G&A functions. You excel at partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives. A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and offers flexibility to be based in Dialpad's Tempe, Austin, or Denver hub locations.
