Instructure is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead the strategy, systems, analytics, and operational excellence of their global recruiting organization. This role owns the entire recruiting technology ecosystem, including ATS administration, integrations, reporting, automation, and vendor management across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other regions. Key responsibilities include developing a long-term TA Operations roadmap aligned with business growth, leading responsible adoption of AI-enabled recruiting technologies to improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience, and designing scalable recruiting processes while ensuring compliance with regional employment and privacy regulations. You will partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR Business Partners, People Systems, Legal, IT, Procurement, and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts. The role requires building executive dashboards and translating recruiting data into actionable business insights, developing recruiter enablement programs and hiring manager training, and continuously improving candidate and hiring manager experiences through process optimization. You'll lead enterprise change management for recruiting technology implementations and drive operational excellence using automation and continuous improvement methodologies. Required qualifications include 5+ years of Talent Acquisition Operations, People Operations, HR Systems, or Recruiting Operations experience supporting global organizations. Hands-on experience administering enterprise ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday Recruiting is essential. You should have experience implementing recruiting technologies, AI solutions, and workflow automation, strong analytical skills with experience building executive dashboards, and knowledge of global employment practices including GDPR and CCPA. Additional desired experience includes working in high-growth SaaS organizations, proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and experience with automation platforms such as Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier. Excellent program management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills are critical. Success in the first six months means standardizing global recruiting workflows, providing reliable self-service executive dashboards, reducing recruiter administrative work through AI and automation, improving hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, and successfully implementing at least one enterprise recruiting technology or automation initiative globally.
