Key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end engineering hiring engine: translate workforce plans into hiring strategies and execution
- Directly manage and develop a team of TA Partners, coaching them on search strategy and stakeholder management
- Drive hiring outcomes across technical domains and geographic hubs, personally leading high-impact searches
- Build and optimize hiring processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency
- Run a data-driven hiring rhythm using funnel metrics, pipeline quality, time-in-stage, and sourcing performance
- Lead calibration sessions with engineering interviewers and hiring managers to maintain consistent hiring standards
- Develop top-of-funnel strategy for engineering talent, including sourcing, talent mapping, and employer branding partnerships
- Identify and resolve hiring blockers early, working cross-functionally with TA, Engineering, and Marketing
- Elevate TA craft across the team on candidate experience, sourcing quality, and business acumen
You'll partner closely with TA Leadership, Engineering Directors, VPs, and the CTO to understand business priorities and sequence hiring across domains and hubs. This role requires someone who has already managed a tech recruitment function and team, with deep engineering recruiting expertise, strong relationships with senior technical stakeholders, and a proven track record of improving hiring systems at scale.
