Pigment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for their go-to-market (GTM) organization. This is a hands-on management role where you'll partner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and close high-performing candidates across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with GTM leadership to understand talent needs and hiring priorities
- Developing creative, headhunting-led strategies to engage passive, top-tier SaaS talent through market mapping, targeted outreach, and industry intelligence
- Screening and assessing candidates for both values alignment and technical/commercial competencies
- Delivering a seamless, transparent, high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer stage
- Coaching interview teams and sharing recruitment best practices as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting talent acquisition metrics to identify successful approaches, bottlenecks, and improvement areas
- Leading initiatives to strengthen and scale the Talent Acquisition team's processes, tools, and operating model

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment, with specific experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector
- Strong headhunting skills with ability to move between volume hiring and retained-search approaches
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach to challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and colleagues
- Proficiency with productivity and recruitment tools; ability to manage competing priorities in a structured way
