Pigment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale their recruitment efforts, with a primary focus on sourcing and closing high-performing go-to-market (GTM) talent for a fast-growing SaaS company.
In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify talent needs and develop creative, headhunting-led strategies to engage passive, top-tier SaaS talent. You'll conduct market mapping, targeted outreach, and leverage industry intelligence to build a pipeline of exceptional candidates. You will screen and assess candidates for both values alignment and technical or commercial competencies, delivering a seamless, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.
Beyond individual sourcing and closing, you'll act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders by coaching interview teams and sharing recruitment best practices. You'll track and report on talent acquisition metrics to identify successful approaches, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. A key part of this role is leading initiatives that strengthen and scale the Talent Acquisition team's processes, tools, and operating model.
