Mainspring Energy manufactures fuel-flexible, low-emissions local power solutions, delivering reliable and sustainable electric power to Fortune 500 companies, data centers, and utilities. The company has shipped hundreds of megawatts in advanced development and field operations since 2020, partnering with global energy leaders including AEP, NextEra Energy Resources, and Schneider Electric.
You will lead and scale the Talent Acquisition organization as the company grows. This is a leadership role focused on building and improving the TA function rather than hands-on recruiting. You will manage a team of recruiters and sourcers, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the TA team
- Build scalable recruiting processes and systems
- Improve talent identification and engagement strategies
- Partner with the Director on broader TA strategy and high-level decisions
- Support increasingly ambitious hiring goals as the organization expands
- Develop team capabilities and effectiveness
