Avelios Medical is a fast-growing healthtech company building a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes hospital workflows. The platform helps hospitals, doctors, and nurses provide better patient care by unlocking clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations.
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own recruiting activities for the company and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective employees. You will report to the People team and play a key role in driving Avelios' growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active sourcing: Identify and approach qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, prioritizing quality over volume
- End-to-end recruiting: Manage complete hiring processes from initial alignment with hiring teams through offer negotiation and contract creation
- Candidate experience: Ensure a smooth, respectful, and positive recruitment process that reflects well on Avelios
- Strategic support: Partner with People Partners and Hiring Managers on complex or strategically important roles

Requirements:
- Completed degree in Business, Social Sciences, Business Psychology, or comparable field from a top university
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and confident, engaging presence
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting and active sourcing experience, ideally in a startup environment
- Very good German and English language skills
- Hands-on attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced startup settings
- Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus but not required
