Ramp is a fintech company building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The company handles payment authorization, risk flagging, spend categorization, and financial close processes.
You will join Ramp's recruiting team as an Associate GTM Recruiter, focusing on building out the Sales Development organization. This is a full-cycle recruiting role with real autonomy and ownership. SDR hiring is a specialized discipline requiring high volume and rigorous candidate evaluation.
Key responsibilities:

- Trustworthy with sensitive compensation and candidate information
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Low ego, high curiosity, comfortable learning the recruiting craft rather than executing a checklist
- Genuine interest in using AI as part of daily workflow
