Levelpath is a modern AI-powered procurement platform for global enterprises, founded in 2022. The company helps large organizations streamline procurement processes from intake and sourcing through contracting and payment, with built-in AI delivering contextually relevant insights and efficiency gains. As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, primarily focused on Go-to-Market functions (sales, marketing, customer success) with flexibility to support other teams. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role where you will directly shape hiring quality and process standards across the company. Key responsibilities include: partnering with hiring managers and executives to define roles, build scorecards, and design interview loops; building proactive sourcing strategies to reach passive and competitive talent; managing relationships with external search and contingent agencies; designing and continuously improving structured, equitable interview processes; screening top-of-funnel candidates to maintain quality standards; owning the full candidate experience from first touch through offer close; maintaining the recruiting tool stack (ATS, sourcing tools) and ensuring data integrity; using pipeline data to forecast against hiring plans and report to leadership; handling recruiting coordination including scheduling and logistics; mentoring less-experienced recruiters and coordinators; and contributing to employer brand and referral programs. You bring 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record closing senior and competitive roles in high-growth startups or scale-ups. You have demonstrated ability to source and close passive talent in competitive markets, act as a credible advisor to senior leaders, and operate with autonomy in fast-moving environments. You are structured and data-informed in your approach to hiring, with excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Fluency with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms is essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience recruiting for go-to-market roles in B2B SaaS, helping build or scale a recruiting function as an IC, familiarity with structured-hiring methodologies, and hands-on experience with Ashby.
