Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 / annual

The company provides a complete view of spend for procurement, finance, legal, and IT—from intake and sourcing to contracting and payment—with built-in AI delivering contextually relevant answers and uncovering valuable opportunities. As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own full-cycle recruiting for critical searches and set the standard for how Levelpath hires. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role focused on identifying and building strong candidate pipelines, running high-quality and consistent processes, and partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership. Key responsibilities include: - Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market roles (sales, marketing, customer success) with flexibility to support other teams - Partner with hiring managers and executives to shape role definitions, scorecards, and interview loops - Build and run proactive sourcing strategies to reach passive and competitive talent - Manage relationships with external search and contingent sourcing agencies - Design and continuously improve structured, equitable interview processes - Screen top-of-funnel candidates, maintaining a consistently high bar on quality - Own candidate experience from first touch through close - Stand up and maintain the recruiting tool stack (ATS, sourcing tools), championing data cleanliness and process consistency - Use data to manage pipeline, forecast against hiring plan, and report to leadership - Handle recruiting coordination including scheduling and candidate logistics - Mentor coordinators and less-experienced recruiters, modeling best practices (guidance only, not direct management) - Contribute to employer brand, referral programs, and talent community efforts You bring 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record closing senior and competitive roles in high-growth startups or scale-ups. You demonstrate ability to source and close passive talent, act as credible advisor to senior leaders, and employ structured, data-informed hiring approaches. You have excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, comfort with autonomy and ambiguity, and fluency with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience recruiting for go-to-market roles in B2B SaaS, helping build or scale a recruiting function as an IC, familiarity with structured-hiring methodologies, and hands-on experience with Ashby.
