Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their Mexico City office, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director. This role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting onboarding transitions. Key responsibilities include: • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and leadership, providing recruitment process updates, identifying blockers, and aligning hiring strategies with business objectives. • Candidate Experience: Deliver positive candidate interactions through timely communications, accurate role information, application decisions, and constructive feedback. • Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source talent across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, universities, third-party organizations), screen and shortlist candidates, and pipeline talent in key markets and capabilities, particularly in Creative, Paid Media, and Martech roles. • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate ATS records, use TA tools effectively, and follow recruitment best practices and documentation standards. • Employer Brand: Position Jellyfish as an employer of choice through professional communications and LinkedIn engagement. • Metrics & Analytics: Track recruitment KPIs and SLAs, understand hiring metrics, and use data to refine sourcing strategies and improve efficiency. • Project Coordination: Contribute to global TA projects and initiatives supporting the broader recruitment strategy. • People Team Collaboration: Work closely with the People team to ensure smooth transitions from recruitment to onboarding. Required qualifications: 2+ years internal recruitment experience in a marketing agency environment, recruiting experience in Creative/Paid Media/Martech industries in the AMER region, fluency in English and Spanish, proficiency with LinkedIn and job boards, and strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
