Diesta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Chief of Staff and drive hiring operations across the company. This is a hands-on role combining recruitment coordination with operational support in a fast-growing fintech startup focused on insurance finance. You will own the full hiring lifecycle: managing job postings across platforms, tracking applications and candidate records, conducting initial screening calls, coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback. You'll maintain organized candidate pipelines, schedule interviews between candidates and team members, manage take-home assignments and technical exercises, and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process. Beyond hiring, you'll support the Chief of Staff with administrative and operational tasks—coordinating internal meetings, managing team logistics, handling documentation, and owning ad-hoc projects that keep the business running smoothly. You'll also identify opportunities to improve hiring workflows, create templates and trackers, and build scalable processes as the company scales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving startup environments where priorities shift regularly. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed. Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, people operations, or using ATS platforms is a plus, but core organizational and communication skills are most important. Within 30 days, you'll understand Diesta's hiring priorities and take ownership of job postings and screening calls. By 60 days, you'll manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles with increasing independence. By 90 days, you'll own day-to-day hiring coordination with minimal oversight and have improved key processes. This role offers direct exposure to startup operations, close collaboration with leadership, and a clear path to grow into a Hiring Lead or Hiring Manager role as the company scales. Diesta values high trust, low ego, competence, commitment, and transparency.
