Adverity is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-lifecycle recruitment across all business units in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS organization. Operating at a senior level, you will serve as an embedded partner to hiring teams across Engineering & Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success, working within a lean 2-person TA team supporting a global footprint of ~250 employees across the UK, Austria, and the US. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner to leaders across all functions, translating business objectives and headcount plans into actionable, location-aligned hiring strategies. You will deliver regular monthly and quarterly TA insights to the Head of HR and senior business leaders, tracking talent velocity, pipeline health, bottleneck analyses, and progress against global hiring plans. You will design and facilitate interactive interview training sessions for hiring managers and interview panels to elevate assessment capabilities across departments. Lead structured role calibration intake sessions to establish career leveling, define role specifications, and align on hiring processes. Build deep, proactive pipelines through targeted multi-channel sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter while managing inbound applications and referrals. Conduct structured screening interviews and oversee seamless end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate feedback collection workflows. Own the offer workflow end-to-end, including compensation negotiation, contract generation, global alignment, approval routing, and delivery. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding transitions across all three key regions. Required experience includes a proven track record as a TA Business Partner in B2B SaaS, managing roles across both technical (Engineering/Product) and commercial/operational functions. You should have demonstrable experience streamlining, automating, and optimizing recruitment workflows with measurable business impact, and experience navigating multi-region hiring across international markets (UK, US, Europe/Austria). Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and ability to advise and influence senior leadership using market data are essential. Experience standardizing competency-based interview frameworks and training hiring managers on modern evaluation techniques is required, along with deep comfort with talent metrics, funnel analytics, and AI automation adoption.
