Salary: CAD 78,000 - 85,000 / annual
Achievers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own and manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers across all departments to assess hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand role requirements and build effective candidate pipelines
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods including creative outreach, events, meet-ups, and job fairs to identify top-tier candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: resume screening, interviews, scheduling, feedback collection, candidate communication, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Serve as a company ambassador, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Champion Achievers' culture and values within the tech community, positioning the company as an employer of choice
- Maintain strong organizational skills while managing a portfolio of roles simultaneously and reassessing priorities
- Track and share recruitment data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Build cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations
- Contribute to project work aimed at optimizing talent acquisition processes and enhancing overall employee experience
You will join the broader Employee Success team (HR, Payroll, TA, and Facilities). Achievers operates 3 offices and works virtually across multiple countries, with in-office, hybrid, and fully remote team members.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong business acumen and exceptional interviewing skills, with ability to assess skills, competencies, and cultural fit
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments while managing multiple tasks with high urgency
- Detail-oriented problem solver with passion for continuous improvement and project-based work
- Skilled in sourcing both active and passive candidates through diverse methods: networking, online platforms, professional communities, referrals, university relations, and creative strategies
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and interviewers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture
- Energetic, personable, and outgoing with strong engagement abilities
- Experience with Lever ATS (preferred) or similar applicant tracking systems
- Preference given to candidates with SaaS organization experience and proven track record recruiting for entry-level through senior leadership roles across various functions
