Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Sourcing Engineer to join the Fort Collins, Colorado team. This role is central to the supply chain operations supporting Anduril's radar and sensor manufacturing lines—mission-critical hardware that powers advanced defense systems. You will own supplier selection, qualification, and management for production components. Working hands-on with the ERP/MRP system, you'll drive part availability planning, collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and de-risk bills of materials (BOMs), and resolve supply blockers to ensure hardware ships on time, on quality, and on cost. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting supplier selection for production components using Anduril's approved supplier list - Partnering with suppliers and internal engineering to qualify components and resolve supply issues - Supporting BOM development and consolidation with Quality and Manufacturing teams - Owning part availability and material planning in the ERP/MRP system - Contributing to BOM risk assessments and identifying alternate/second-source components - Driving component and supplier rationalization to reduce complexity - Tracking supplier performance and supporting cost-awareness initiatives - Establishing and improving sourcing policies, standards, and processes Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related technical field; 1–2 years of supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing experience; hands-on ERP/MRP system experience (e.g., NetSuite); demonstrated supplier management and negotiation skills; procurement experience with custom parts; and broad commodity experience including PCBA. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Preferred experience includes sourcing electronics and mechanical components for RF/sensor or complex hardware, BOM development and component qualification, value/procurement engineering or should-cost modeling, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
